AI affiliate tracking and postback troubleshooting

Usually the click ID is empty on the tracking link, a macro name is misspelled, the postback scope does not match the offer, or the destination rejects the request. Check a recent click for a real click ID, then the postback URL and macros, then the postback report's response codes.

Test in three layers: send the postback URL to your tracker by hand with sample values, confirm a real click carries your click ID into the tracking link, then ask support for a test conversion or wait for a first small sale and check the postback report for a success response.

First rule out the report itself: clear filters, widen the date range, check the time zone and include every offer you have links on. If clicks are still missing, test the raw link in a private window. If that click records, a redirect, plugin, shortener or script in front of the link is stripping the tracking parameters.

Check that the link came from the right offer and landing page in the generator, then test the raw link in a private window on desktop and on a phone. If the raw link lands correctly, a redirect, plugin, shortener or cached page in front of it is sending visitors elsewhere. Fix the cause, generate a fresh link if needed and confirm the click still records.
