In this step
- Four reports do most of the work: offer, conversion, flexible breakdown and date comparison.
- Judge sources on earnings per click, not on clicks or conversion rate alone.
- Split results by country, device and sub-ID before you change anything.
- A 20-minute weekly review beats checking numbers every hour.
Reporting turns traffic into decisions. Once your links are live, the dashboard tells you which placements earn, which countries pay most and where visitors drop off. You don't need every report. You need a few, used the same way every week.
| Metric | What it means | Why you care |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks | Visits through your tracking links | Volume, and proof that tracking works |
| Conversions | Approved paid subscriptions | What you are paid on |
| CR (conversion rate) | Conversions divided by clicks | How well the audience fits the offer |
| EPC (earnings per click) | Earnings divided by clicks | The fairest way to compare sources |
| Payout | What you earned | The bottom line |
Tip: EPC is the number to optimize. A source with a lower conversion rate can still win if its visitors come from higher-paying countries or choose yearly plans. The EPC and CR answer goes deeper.
- Offer report. Your daily snapshot of clicks, conversions and earnings per offer. Open it each morning to see if yesterday looked normal.
- Conversion report. Every single conversion with its status, payout, country, device and sub values. Use it to check a specific sale or confirm your click IDs arrive.
- Flexible breakdown report (Flex in Everflow). A pivot table you build yourself: group by country, device, Source ID, sub-ID, landing page or hour of day.
- Date comparison report (Variance in Everflow). Two periods side by side, such as this week against last week, to see whether a change worked.
- Open the report from the main menu.
- Set the date range and time zone. Keep the same time zone every time so your days line up.
- Add filters, such as one offer or one country.
- Add the columns you want to group by.
- Run it, then save it so you can reopen the same view next week.
Which countries earn me the most? Use the flexible report, group by country and sort by earnings. Remember that CPA depends on the subscriber's country tier, so a smaller country can out-earn a larger one.
Which placement deserves more traffic? Group by Source ID and then sub-ID, and sort by EPC. Ignore rows with only a handful of clicks.
Is mobile converting as well as desktop? Group by device. A big gap usually points to a landing or speed problem on phones.
Are my click IDs reaching the dashboard? Open the conversion report and look at the sub you use for click IDs. Empty values mean your postbacks can't match sales.
When do my visitors buy? Group by hour of day. Adult traffic often peaks late in the evening, which matters if you schedule posts or set ad budgets by hour.
- Pending: recorded and in review.
- Approved: counted toward your payout and your tier.
- Rejected: refunded, charged back or outside the rules, and not paid.
Only approved conversions count toward VIP at 20 and PRO at 100. A rising share of rejections is an early warning about traffic quality.
Every week, set aside twenty minutes:
- Compare this week with last week in the date comparison report.
- Rank sources and sub-IDs by EPC.
- Note your best and worst placement.
- Decide one thing to scale and one thing to fix or pause.
- Write it down in your link sheet.
PRO affiliates can also pull the same data through the partner API into their own dashboards.
- Judging a source after a few dozen clicks.
- Comparing clicks instead of earnings per click.
- Mixing time zones between reports.
- Forgetting that new sales are pending for a while before approval.
- Changing several things at once, so no report can tell you what worked.
- You have saved at least two report views you will reopen weekly.
- You know where to check conversion status.
- Your first weekly review is in your calendar.
Finish with the master checklist to confirm everything is ready.
