Key takeaways
- One honest paragraph on channel, audience, placement and URLs is what gets most applications approved.
- Every property you run must meet US, EU and Australian adult content standards, not just the one you list.
- Impersonating OmniPink, SpiceStars AI, Sugarlab AI or any other brand means an automatic decline.
- Declined? Fix the specific gap and apply again. There is no penalty for reapplying.
We want to approve every well-prepared application. A person reviews each one, and this page explains exactly what they look for, the reasons applications are most often declined and what to do if yours was.
1. A concrete promotion plan
The field that decides most outcomes is your promotion plan: how, specifically, you will send traffic to SpiceStars AI or Sugarlab AI. We do not need a polished pitch. We need enough detail that a reviewer can picture the real channel, audience and placement.
Strong answers cover four points:
| Point | What to include | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Channel | The specific place your traffic comes from | A subreddit you moderate, an SEO review site, a TikTok niche, a named ad network |
| Audience | Who you reach, or plan to reach | "AI art fans, mostly US and UK", or "starting fresh in the AI companion niche" |
| Placement | Where the link will live | Bio link, pinned post, comparison table, banner, Discord resources channel |
| URLs | Links to the properties you will use | Your site, social profiles or community |
Audience size is not a reason to decline. New affiliates are approved every week. A rough number helps if you have one, but "starting fresh" is a valid answer. Partial information is fine; missing information is the problem.
2. Compliant content on every property
Every surface you use, and every property you operate, must meet adult content standards in the United States, the European Union and Australia:
- Adults only: every person depicted is clearly an adult, and you can show documentation on request.
- Consent: all activity is between consenting adults, and nothing presents non-consent as real.
- Verifiable sources: content comes from sources that enforce performer age and consent verification.
- No prohibited themes or keywords: nothing that sexualizes minors or involves bestiality, necrophilia, incest, rape, non-consensual acts or hate speech, in any content, domain, title, metadata or ad copy. See the prohibited terms in our terms and conditions.
- Age-gating: landing pages with adult content need a robust age gate.
3. No brand impersonation
You may not operate properties that present themselves as, or could be mistaken for, OmniPink, SpiceStars AI, Sugarlab AI or any other brand you do not own. That includes typo domains, accounts or shops claiming to be official, and unauthorized use of logos, screenshots or trademarked names. Honest review sites, comparison pages and creator profiles are welcome.
4. Complete KYC details
For compliance, approved affiliates must provide their full legal name, postal address, date of birth and tax identification. Payout and tax details must be in place before the 1st of a month for that month's payment. We cannot approve or pay affiliates located in countries or territories under European Union sanctions, such as Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria and North Korea.
5. Honest traffic
No incentives or rewards for signing up, no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks and no bot or automated traffic. No bidding on our brand names in paid search.
Almost every decline comes from one of four reasons.
Not enough detail
A blank or one-line promotion plan, such as "social media", leaves the reviewer nothing to assess.
How to fix it: reapply with one honest paragraph covering channel, audience, placement and URLs.
Content that does not meet the standard
If any property you operate fails the standards above, the application is declined, even if the property you listed is clean.
How to fix it: bring the non-compliant property into line or shut it down before applying again. Running a clean property alongside a non-compliant one is not a workaround.
Brand impersonation
Operating a property that impersonates OmniPink, our apps or another brand leads to a decline.
How to fix it: take down or rebrand the impersonating property to a clearly distinct name of your own, then reapply.
Sanctioned location
We cannot do business with people or companies located in countries and territories under European Union sanctions, so these applications are declined. See the terms for the list.
How to fix it: there is nothing to fix on your side; we are not able to approve applications from these locations.
Prohibited methods
Plans that rely on incentives, bots, cookie stuffing, brand bidding or prohibited keywords are declined.
How to fix it: change the method to one that follows the terms, and describe the new plan in your application.
- Identify which reason applies.
- Fix the specific gap.
- Submit a new application. There is no penalty for reapplying, and each application is reviewed on its own merits.
If you believe the decision was a misunderstanding, for example a legitimate review site mistaken for impersonation, email affiliates@omnipink.ai from the address you applied with, or message @OMNIPINK on Telegram, with your URLs and context. We will review it again.
