Short answer
Every application is reviewed by a person who checks your traffic source, audience and promotion plan. You receive an email with the decision. Once approved, you log in to the partner dashboard, create tracking links and start at the Pink tier.
- A person reviews every application, usually looking at traffic source, audience and compliance.
- Clear details and working links to your channels speed up approval.
- Approval email gives you dashboard access; everyone starts at the Pink tier.
- Use the waiting time to plan your first placement, links and payment method.
Applying to the OmniPink program takes a couple of minutes. What happens next is less visible, so this answer walks through the review, the possible outcomes, what you receive when you are approved and how to use the waiting time well.
There is no instant approval. A member of the affiliate team looks at every application, because clean traffic protects every partner in the program. They usually check:
| What they look at | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Your main traffic source | Confirms the traffic is real and adult-appropriate |
| Links to your site, community or profiles | Shows the audience and how you present yourself |
| Countries your audience comes from | Helps match you with the right offer and payout |
| How you plan to promote | Confirms the method follows the program rules |
| Contact details | Lets the team reach you with questions or the decision |
Tip: the more concrete your application, the faster the review. "A 4,000-member Discord about AI art, mostly United States and United Kingdom" is much easier to approve than "social media".
You will hear back at the email address you applied with. There are three possible outcomes:
Approved
You get access to the partner dashboard and can start immediately. Everyone starts at the Pink tier.
More information needed
Sometimes the team needs a little more context, such as a link to your channel, a screenshot of your traffic statistics or a description of your promotion plan. Reply with the details and the review continues.
Not approved
If an application doesn't fit the program right now, you will be told. Common reasons include traffic sources that break the rules, no verifiable audience or incomplete contact details. If your situation changes, for example once your site or community has grown, you can apply again.
Review times vary with the number of applications and how complete each one is. Clear applications with working links move fastest. If you haven't heard back after a few business days, check your spam or promotions folder before writing to support.
Quick check: search your inbox for messages from the affiliate team and from the partner platform. Approval emails sometimes land in filtered folders.
Example: here is the kind of detail that makes a reviewer's job easy.
| Field | Strong answer |
|---|---|
| Main traffic source | A review site about AI companion apps, plus a related subreddit I moderate |
| Links | The site address, the subreddit and my X profile |
| Audience size | About 18,000 monthly site visitors and 6,000 subreddit members |
| Top countries | United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany |
| Promotion plan | Honest reviews with comparison tables, a pinned tools post in the subreddit |
| Payout preference | RevShare for the site and community |
Every line answers a question the reviewer would otherwise have to ask. Even if your numbers are smaller, the same level of detail makes your application credible.
Reviewers approve traffic that is adult, real and honestly promoted. In practice:
- Adult audiences only. No content or targeting that could reach minors.
- Real people. No bots, click farms or automated traffic.
- Honest promotion. No misleading claims, fake system warnings or spam.
- Permitted methods. No incentivized signups and no brand bidding on search ads without written approval.
- Platform rules respected. Your channels follow the rules of the platforms they live on.
If you are unsure whether a method is allowed, ask before you apply. It is far easier to adjust a plan than to recover a suspended account.
- No link to your traffic. The team can't approve what they can't see.
- Vague descriptions, such as "I will promote everywhere".
- Mismatched details, such as a site link that doesn't match the niche you described.
- Disposable email addresses, which make it hard to verify you.
- Traffic methods that break the rules, such as incentivized clicks, spam or bots.
Read the application requirements before you apply, or before you reapply.
| You get | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard login | Links, reports, payments and settings in one place |
| Offers for both apps | Sugarlab AI for image and video traffic, SpiceStars AI for chat and companion traffic |
| Tracking link generator | Build links with Source ID and sub-IDs for every placement |
| Creative library access | Banners, landing pages, clips and copy |
| Support | AI assistant and email at every tier, Telegram manager at PRO |
You start at Pink. Reach 20 approved sales to move up to VIP and 100 for PRO, with higher CPA rates and extra perks at each step. Upgrades are reviewed weekly and happen automatically. See the tiers page.
You don't need to sit idle. Use the time to prepare, so you can launch on the day you are approved:
- Pick your first app. Read the offers page and choose the one that fits your audience best.
- Plan one placement. A pinned post, a review page, a resource channel or a small paid test.
- Decide your labels. Write down the Source ID and sub-IDs you will use. See tracking links.
- Prepare payment details. Know which method you will use and have the details ready. See payment setup.
- Read the rules. The terms explain which traffic is allowed.
Once the approval email arrives, follow this order:
- Log in to the dashboard. See how to log in.
- Add your payment method and tax details.
- Create your first tracked link and test it in a private window. See where to find your tracking link.
- Publish your first placement.
- Check your click report the next day. See what you see in the dashboard.
The onboarding page your first week turns this into a day-by-day plan.
| Week | What usually happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | Dashboard setup, first links, first placement live |
| 2 | First clicks in reports, possibly first pending sales |
| 3 | First approved sales, first small improvements |
| 4 | A clear view of which placement works, a plan for month two |
Sales approved in your first month are paid by the 15th of the following month, as long as you reach the minimum for your payout method.
Most new affiliates make their first sale within the first few weeks when they keep things simple:
- Promote one app to one audience you understand well.
- Explain honestly what the app does and who it is for.
- Place the link where interested people already look, such as a pinned post or a review summary.
- Be patient with approvals. Your first sale appears as pending before it is approved.
A rejection isn't permanent. Look at the reason you were given and address it:
- Build a verifiable audience before you reapply, even if it is small.
- Clarify your promotion method and how it follows platform rules.
- Use a real, consistent identity and contact details.
When you reapply, mention what changed since your first application.
Can I apply with no audience yet? You can, but approval is more likely when the team can see real traffic. A new site or community with some activity is better than nothing.
Do I need separate applications for Sugarlab AI and SpiceStars AI? No. One OmniPink account covers both apps.
Can I choose RevShare or CPA when I apply? Mention your preference. You can run both and discuss the best setup with support after approval.
Can I update my application after sending it? Yes. Contact support from the same email address with the changes, such as a new site link or updated traffic numbers.
Will I be told why I wasn't approved? You will receive the decision by email, usually with the main reason, so you know what to change before reapplying.
How do I know which tier I am on? Everyone starts at Pink. Your dashboard offers show your current tier, and you will be emailed when you move up to VIP or PRO.
Does it cost anything to join? No. Joining is free. Be wary of anyone who asks for a fee to "get you approved".
Manual review can feel slow, but it protects you. Programs that approve anyone instantly attract bot traffic and fraud, which leads to stricter rules, delayed payments and lower rates for everyone. Reviewing every partner keeps traffic clean, keeps payouts reliable and keeps rates high for the affiliates who follow the rules.
Write to support if you haven't heard back after a few business days and nothing is in your spam folder, or if you need to correct details in your application. Include the email address you applied with, your main traffic source and the date you applied.
