Short answer
Open the tracking link generator in your dashboard, choose the Sugarlab AI or SpiceStars AI offer for your tier, pick a landing page, add a Source ID and sub-IDs, then copy the link. Test it in a private window before you publish it.
- Links are built in the dashboard's link generator, one per offer and placement.
- Choose the offer for your current tier, then the landing page that matches your audience.
- Add a Source ID and sub-IDs in the fields, never by editing the URL by hand.
- Test every link in a private window and on a phone before sending traffic.
Your tracking link is how the program knows a subscriber came from you. It is created inside the partner dashboard, and you can make as many as you need. Here we show exactly where to find it, how to configure it and how to make sure it works before anyone clicks it.
Log in to the partner dashboard and open the tracking link generator. In Everflow, it is called the Tracking & Asset Generator. You can reach it in three ways:
- From the main menu at the top left.
- From the shortcut card on your dashboard overview.
- From the offers list, using the tracking link button next to an offer.
All three open the same tool.
1. Choose the offer
You will see offers for both apps:
| App | Best for |
|---|---|
| Sugarlab AI | Visitors who want to create AI images and video: tube, Reddit, X, AI art communities |
| SpiceStars AI | Visitors who want conversation and companionship: dating, chat, communities, creators |
Each tier has its own offer. Choose the one for your current tier. If you just joined, that is Pink.
2. Choose the landing page
If the offer has more than one landing page, pick it from the offer URL list. Choose the page that matches the promise of your placement. A link from an AI art post should go to a page that shows the generator, not a generic homepage.
Tip: if you are unsure, start with the default landing page and test another one later with a different sub-ID.
3. Add your labels
Fill in the fields rather than typing into the address:
| Field | Use it for | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Source ID | The channel or site | reddit, blog, discord |
| sub1 | The property or campaign | r-aiart, review-site |
| sub2 | The placement | pinned, table, bio |
| sub3 | The creative or angle | banner-03, memory-hook |
| sub5 | Your tracker's click ID, for paid traffic | {clickid} |
Use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes only.
4. Choose redirect or direct
- Redirect link: passes through the tracking domain first. Works everywhere. The best default.
- Direct link: points straight at the landing page and tracks with a script. Useful for SEO pages and some ad platforms, available only where the page supports it.
5. Copy and save the link
Copy the finished link and save it in a link sheet with the date, offer, tier, landing page, labels and where you placed it.
- Open the link in a private or incognito window.
- Confirm it lands on the right app and page.
- Wait a few minutes and check the click report for your test click.
- Confirm the Source ID and sub-IDs are recorded exactly as you typed them.
- Repeat on a phone inside the app your visitors use, such as Reddit, Discord or Instagram.
Quick check: if the test click doesn't appear, compare your link with a fresh copy from the generator. A missing & or a trailing space is enough to break it.
The landing page is the first thing a visitor sees after clicking. Matching it to the click is one of the easiest ways to raise conversions:
- Visitors who saw generated images should land where they can generate images themselves, which means a Sugarlab AI generator page rather than a general homepage.
- Visitors who read about AI companionship should land on a SpiceStars AI page that leads with conversation.
- Visitors from a specific language or country convert better on a page in their language, where one is available.
- Cold traffic from ads may need a short pre-lander that explains the app before the offer.
When you test two landing pages, give each its own link with a different sub-ID and compare earnings per click after a fair period.
A link sheet saves hours once you have more than a handful of placements. A simple layout:
| Date | App | Tier | Landing page | Source ID | sub1 | sub2 | Placement | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 23 Oct | SpiceStars AI | Pink | Default | blog | best-ai-gf | verdict | Review page verdict box | Tested desktop and mobile |
| 23 Oct | Sugarlab AI | Pink | Generator | r-aiart | pinned | Pinned tools post | Mods approved |
When you upgrade a tier, add a column for the new link and note the date you replaced the old one.
It is tempting to use one link everywhere. Don't. Separate links show you which placement earns, and that is the information that grows your income.
Example: an affiliate uses three links for SpiceStars AI: a review page table, a review page verdict box and a Discord resources post. After a month, the verdict box earns twice as much per click as the table. Without separate links, they would never know.
Consistent names make reports readable months later. A few patterns that work well:
- Review site:
source_id=blog,sub1=best-ai-girlfriend-apps,sub2=verdict - Subreddit you moderate:
source_id=reddit,sub1=r-yoursub,sub2=wiki - Discord server:
source_id=discord,sub1=server-name,sub2=weekly-challenge - Link-in-bio hub:
source_id=instagram,sub1=account-name,sub2=spicestars-button - Paid campaign:
source_id=exoclick,sub1=t1-mobile,sub3={zone},sub5={clickid}
Pick one pattern per channel and never mix spellings such as Reddit, reddit and rdt. Reports group exact values, so small differences split your data.
Links aren't edited. They are replaced. Create a new link when:
- You move up a tier. Each tier has its own offer. Old links keep tracking but keep paying the old rate.
- You change the landing page. Generate a link with the new page selected.
- You change labels. New labels need a new link.
- A link was edited by hand. Rebuild it cleanly in the generator.
Old links keep their history in your reports, so nothing is lost when you replace them.
The generator also gives access to creatives for each offer: banners, landing pages and sometimes other assets. When you place a banner, use a link whose labels identify that banner, so you can compare creatives later. See the creative library.
Visitors from social and community apps often open links in an in-app browser that behaves differently from Chrome or Safari. Test where your audience actually clicks:
- Reddit: tap the link in the official app, in a post and in your profile.
- Discord: tap it in the mobile app and in the desktop client.
- Instagram and TikTok: tap your bio link from your own profile on a phone.
- Telegram: test with link previews both on and off.
If a link works in a normal browser but not in an app, use a fast bridge page with tracked buttons, then test again.
| Mistake | Why it hurts | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Sharing your affiliate ID instead of a link | An ID alone tracks nothing | Always share the full generated link |
| Using a shortener | Many strip the tracking parameters | Link directly or use a bridge page |
| Hand-editing labels | Breaks encoding and tracking | Use the generator fields |
| Keeping old tier links after an upgrade | You earn the old rate | Rebuild links on your new tier's offer |
| Same link everywhere | No idea what works | One link per placement |
Understanding the journey helps you trust your numbers:
- The click is recorded with your labels as soon as the visitor reaches the tracking domain.
- The visitor lands on the app's page and may browse, leave and return later.
- If they subscribe within the 180-day window, and no other affiliate's click came after yours, the sale is yours.
- If they create an account through your link, purchases in the following 6 months are credited to you too.
- The sale appears as pending, then approved after review, and is paid in the next NET-15 cycle.
- Websites: place links in summary tables, buttons and verdict boxes.
- Reddit and Discord: put links in pinned posts, resources channels and profiles where rules allow.
- Social profiles: link a bridge page in your bio, with one tracked button per app.
- Paid traffic: add your tracker's click ID in sub5 so postbacks can report sales. See postbacks.
Can I promote both apps with one link? No. Each app has its own offer and its own links. One account covers both.
How many links can I create? As many as you need. More, well-labeled links mean better data.
Do links expire? No. Unused links simply receive no traffic, and their history stays in your reports.
Can I use a QR code? Yes, many link generators can create one from your tracking link. Give it its own sub-ID so you can measure it.
Contact support if the generator doesn't show an offer you expect, if a fresh link fails your test or if your test click never appears after trying another browser. Include the link, the time of your test click and a screenshot.
