Short answer
The overview shows clicks, conversions and earnings for your chosen period. Offers lists Sugarlab AI and SpiceStars AI for your tier, the link generator builds tracking links, reports break results down by country, device and sub-ID, and billing holds your payment details, transactions and invoices.
- The overview is a snapshot; reports are where you find out what works.
- Conversions move from pending to approved or rejected; only approved sales are paid.
- Check the overview daily, reports weekly and billing monthly.
- Earnings per click is the most useful number when comparing placements.
The partner dashboard can look busy the first time you open it. In practice, you only need a handful of screens, and each answers a simple question: how am I doing, where do my links come from, what earns and when do I get paid. Below, we walk through each area in the order you will use them.
The first screen after login shows headline numbers for the selected period:
| Number | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clicks | Visits through your tracking links |
| Conversions | Paid subscriptions recorded from your links |
| Conversion rate | Conversions divided by clicks |
| Earnings | What your conversions are worth to you |
| EPC | Earnings per click, the fairest way to compare traffic |
Use the date selector to switch between today, the last seven days and this month. The overview is perfect for a quick morning check: did yesterday look normal?
Tip: don't panic about a single day. Sales take time to be reviewed, and daily numbers swing naturally. Look at weeks, not days.
The offers area lists everything you are approved to promote:
- Sugarlab AI offers for image and video traffic.
- SpiceStars AI offers for chat and companion traffic.
Each tier has its own offer. When you move from Pink to VIP or PRO, the offers for your new tier appear here. Build new links on them to earn your new rate.
The tracking link generator is where you create every link. Choose an offer, pick a landing page, add a Source ID and sub-IDs, then copy a redirect or direct link. Some creatives are available here too. See where to find your tracking link.
Reports turn clicks and sales into decisions. The ones you will use most:
| Report | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Offer report | See clicks, conversions and earnings per offer for a period |
| Conversion report | See every single conversion with status, payout, country, device and labels |
| Flexible breakdown | Group results by country, device, Source ID, sub-ID, landing page or hour |
| Date comparison | Compare this week with last week, or before and after a change |
Example: group by Source ID, then sub1, and sort by EPC. In one view you can see that your Discord weekly challenge earns three times more per click than your sidebar banner.
See reporting for step-by-step recipes.
Every conversion has a status:
- Pending: recorded and in review. Normal for new sales.
- Approved: confirmed. Counts toward your payout and your tier.
- Rejected: not paid, for example because of a refund, chargeback or rule break.
If you see many rejections, read why conversions are rejected. If sales stay pending longer than usual, read why a conversion is stuck pending.
Every report gets more useful with the right filter. The ones affiliates use most:
- Offer: isolate Sugarlab AI or SpiceStars AI, or one tier's offer.
- Country: focus on Tier 1 countries, where CPA pays most.
- Device: compare phones and desktops.
- Source ID: look at one channel at a time.
- Conversion status: separate pending, approved and rejected sales.
Combine two filters at most when you are starting out. Too many filters at once make samples tiny and conclusions unreliable.
The postbacks area is where you tell the platform to report conversions to your tracker or ad network. You only need it if you buy traffic. See postbacks and how to test a postback.
Billing settings hold everything about payments:
- Payment method and details: PayPal at every tier, USDC and USDT from VIP, bank transfer at PRO.
- Tax information: required in many cases before payments are released.
- Transactions: each payment with date, amount, method and status.
- Invoices: a monthly PDF with a breakdown by offer.
Payouts are monthly on NET-15: approved earnings from one month are paid by the 15th of the next. See when you will be paid.
New affiliates often mix these up:
| Number | Where you see it | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Earnings | Overview and reports | Pending and approved conversions for the period |
| Balance | Billing | Approved earnings waiting for the next payment cycle |
| Paid | Transactions | Money already sent to your payment method |
If earnings look higher than your balance, the difference is usually pending sales still in review, or sales that were rejected after review. If your balance is below the minimum for your payment method, it carries over to the next month.
- Is tracking working? Today's clicks in the overview, plus a test click after any change.
- Which placement earns most? Flexible breakdown grouped by Source ID and sub-ID, sorted by EPC.
- Which countries pay best? Flexible breakdown grouped by country.
- Did my change help? Date comparison report, before against after.
- When is my next payment? Billing balance and the NET-15 schedule.
If you can answer these five every week, you are using the dashboard better than most affiliates.
Rebuilding the same report every week wastes time. Most report screens let you save a view with its filters, columns and time zone. Save at least:
- A weekly placement view grouped by Source ID and sub-ID.
- A country view for your main offer.
- A conversion status view filtered to the last 30 days.
Name them clearly, such as "Weekly placements" or "Country EPC", so you can open them in seconds.
| How often | Check | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Daily, briefly | Overview clicks | Spot broken links quickly |
| Weekly | Reports by source, sub-ID and country | Decide what to scale and what to fix |
| Weekly | Conversion statuses | Catch rising rejections early |
| Monthly | Billing, transactions and invoices | Confirm payments and keep records |
| After any change | A test click | Make sure the change didn't break tracking |
Before you act on any number, ask three questions: is the period complete, is the sample large enough and am I comparing like with like? A week of data from a new placement is a hint, not a verdict. Two complete weeks with several sales each is the minimum for a confident decision.
- Clicks can differ from your own analytics. Your analytics counts page views; the dashboard counts link clicks. A small gap is normal.
- Today is always incomplete. Recent sales may still be pending or not yet recorded.
- EPC beats conversion rate. Country and plan mix change what each sale pays, so EPC tells the fuller story.
- Time zones matter. Keep the same report time zone every time so days line up.
- Day 1: add payment and tax details, build and test your first link.
- Day 2: publish your first placement and confirm clicks appear.
- Day 3: explore the conversion report so you recognize statuses when sales arrive.
- Day 4: build and save your first flexible breakdown view.
- Day 5: check the overview and note your first numbers.
- Day 7: compare the week with your expectations and plan one change.
The onboarding page your first week expands this into a full plan.
The dashboard works in mobile browsers, which is ideal for a quick overview check. For building links and reading wide reports, use a laptop or desktop: tables with many columns are much easier to read on a larger screen.
Why do I see clicks but no conversions? It is normal at first. If it continues for weeks, work through clicks without conversions.
Why is my earnings figure different from my payout? Earnings include pending sales; payouts only include approved sales that reached the minimum for your payment method.
Can I export data? Yes. Most reports can be exported, which is useful for spreadsheets and sharing with partners without sharing your login.
Why does my report show a different total than the overview? Check that both use the same date range, time zone and filters. Different settings are the cause almost every time.
Is there an API? PRO affiliates get partner API access to pull reporting into their own tools. See the tiers page.
The affiliates who grow fastest aren't the ones who check their dashboard most often. They are the ones who check it on purpose: a quick daily glance to catch broken links, one weekly review that ends in a decision, and a monthly look at payments and invoices. Ten minutes a day and half an hour a week is enough.
Contact support if numbers in the overview and reports disagree for the same period and time zone, if an offer you expect is missing, or if billing shows a payment you don't recognize. Include screenshots and the period you looked at.
Once these screens feel familiar, the dashboard stops being a wall of numbers and becomes a simple tool: it tells you where your next hour of work will earn the most.
