Short answer
Monthly on NET-15. Earnings approved in one month are paid by the 15th of the next month, once your balance passes the minimum for your payout method: $100 for PayPal and bank, $1,000 for USDC and USDT.
- Payments are monthly: approved earnings from one month are paid by the 15th of the next.
- A sale is paid in the cycle after it is approved, not after it is made.
- Balances below your method's minimum roll over to the next month.
- Arrival time after sending depends on the method: PayPal is usually fastest.
Knowing exactly when money arrives makes it much easier to plan, especially if you buy traffic, pay partners or rely on affiliate income for monthly bills. We'll explain the payment schedule, how approval timing affects it, the minimums for each method and what to expect after a payment is sent.
OmniPink pays once a month on NET-15 terms, for both apps and every tier:
- Everything approved during a calendar month is grouped together.
- That total is paid by the 15th of the following month.
| Approved during | Paid by |
|---|---|
| January | 15 February |
| February | 15 March |
| March | 15 April |
Paying on a fixed monthly cycle gives time for each sale to be reviewed, for payments to settle and for refunds and chargebacks to surface before money is sent. It also means every affiliate is paid on the same predictable date. Programs that pay instantly often compensate with lower rates or clawbacks later. A clear, regular schedule is better for everyone.
Sales are reviewed before approval, so the date a sale is approved can be later than the date it was made.
Example: a subscription made on 28 March is approved on 2 April. It belongs to April's earnings and is paid by 15 May.
Tip: sales made in the last days of a month often fall into the next month's cycle. That is normal and nothing is lost. If you compare months, use approved earnings by approval date, not sales by purchase date, so the numbers match what you are paid.
Example: you join on 5 June and make your first sale on 12 June.
- 12 June: the sale is recorded as pending.
- Mid to late June: the sale is approved after review.
- 30 June: June closes. Your approved June earnings are totaled.
- By 15 July: if your June balance passes your method's minimum, it is sent.
- Shortly after sending: the money arrives, depending on your method.
If your first month's balance is below the minimum, it waits and is added to July's earnings, which are paid by 15 August.
Each method has a minimum. If your approved balance is below it, the balance rolls over and is added to next month's.
| Method | Available from | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Pink, VIP, PRO | $100 |
| USDC | VIP, PRO | $1,000 |
| USDT | VIP, PRO | $1,000 |
| Bank transfer | PRO | $100 |
Example: you earn $60 in approved commissions in May. It is below the $100 PayPal minimum, so it rolls over. In June you earn another $70. Your balance of $130 is paid by 15 July.
Once a payment is sent, arrival time depends on the method:
| Method | Typical arrival after sending |
|---|---|
| PayPal | Usually fast once sent |
| USDC and USDT | Usually fast once the network confirms the transaction |
| Bank transfer | Can take a few business days, longer for international transfers |
Weekends, bank holidays and your own bank's or wallet provider's processing can add time, so allow a few extra days before you start checking.
- A payout method saved in your billing settings.
- Correct details: PayPal email, wallet address and network, or bank account.
- Tax information completed where required.
- An approved balance above your method's minimum.
- An account in good standing.
If any of these is missing, the payment can be delayed or held. Set them up early with payment setup.
- PayPal is the easiest start: available at every tier, with a $100 minimum, so most affiliates reach it in their first months.
- USDC and USDT suit larger, regular balances. The $1,000 minimum means smaller monthly earnings may roll over for a while.
- Bank transfer at PRO suits high, regular income where you want money straight in your business account.
You can change your method later. A change applies to the next payment cycle. See how to update your payment method.
Sometimes a buyer is refunded or files a chargeback after the sale has been approved and paid. In that case the reversed amount is deducted from a later balance. This is normal for subscription programs and usually small. If you see large deductions, check your rejection patterns in the conversion report.
RevShare earnings follow the same schedule. Each month's approved payments, including renewals from earlier subscribers, are paid by the 15th of the next month. Over time, renewals make your monthly payments steadier, because they arrive whether or not you sent new traffic that month.
| Earnings approved in | Paid by |
|---|---|
| January | 15 February |
| April | 15 May |
| July | 15 August |
| October | 15 November |
| December | 15 January the following year |
Every month follows the same pattern, so you can plan a whole year ahead. December's earnings arrive in January, which is worth remembering for year-end budgets and taxes.
If you buy traffic
There is a gap between paying for ads and receiving commissions:
- You spend on ads in March.
- Sales are reviewed and approved in March and early April.
- Approved March earnings are paid by 15 April; early-April approvals by 15 May.
Plan your budget for at least six weeks between spend and payment, and scale gradually so growth doesn't outrun your cash.
If affiliate income is part of your monthly budget
- Treat a month's earnings as available after the 15th of the next month.
- Keep a small buffer for months where approvals shift across the month boundary.
- Choose a method whose minimum you will reach comfortably each month.
Moving up a tier changes what you can be paid with and how much each sale is worth:
- VIP adds USDC and USDT payouts and higher CPA rates.
- PRO adds bank transfer and the highest CPA rates.
The schedule stays the same at every tier: monthly, by the 15th. Remember to rebuild your links on your new tier's offer so new sales are paid at the higher rate. See how tier upgrades work.
Payments are occasionally held instead of sent. The most common reasons are:
- Missing or invalid payment details.
- Missing tax information.
- A balance below the minimum for your method.
- An open review of traffic quality on the account.
You will usually be able to see the cause in your billing settings or will be contacted about it. Fixing details before the 15th means the payment goes out on schedule.
Every payment has a transaction record and a monthly invoice in your billing settings. Download invoices regularly and keep them with your bookkeeping. How affiliate income is taxed depends on your country, so ask a local accountant how to report it. Keeping complete records makes that conversation quick.
Open Company Settings, then Billing:
- Balance shows approved earnings waiting for the next cycle.
- Transactions shows each payment with date, amount, method and status.
- Invoices gives you a monthly PDF with a breakdown by offer.
Can I be paid weekly? No. Every affiliate is paid on the same monthly NET-15 schedule, which keeps payments predictable and gives time for review.
Why does my earnings figure not match my payment? Earnings in reports include pending sales. Payments include only approved sales, minus any reversed by refunds or chargebacks.
What happens if the 15th falls on a weekend? Payments are scheduled to be sent by the 15th. Arrival can depend on your payment provider's processing days.
Can I choose the day I am paid? No. Payments follow the shared NET-15 schedule for all affiliates.
Will I get an email when a payment is sent? Check your billing transactions for the status of each payment; notification emails depend on your account settings.
Do unpaid balances expire? Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month rather than being lost.
A few days before each payment date, take two minutes to check:
- Your balance is above your method's minimum.
- Your payment details are current and correct.
- Your tax information is complete.
- No recent changes to email or account details are pending verification.
- Your invoice for the previous month is downloaded for your records.
If a payment hasn't arrived by the 18th of the month it was due, work through payment not arrived first, then contact support by email or on Telegram with the month, amount and method.
The short version to remember: approved this month, paid by the 15th of next month, as long as you are above your minimum and your details are complete. Everything else in this answer is detail around that one rule.
