Short answer
Wait until the 18th of the month the payment was due, then check your billing transactions for its status, confirm your balance passed the minimum, verify your payment details and tax information, and look up crypto transactions on the blockchain. If it is still missing, contact support with the month, amount and method.
- Give payments until the 18th of the month before treating them as missing.
- Most missing payments are a balance below the minimum or outdated payment details.
- Check the transaction status in billing first; it tells you whether the payment was sent.
- Crypto payments can be verified on the blockchain with the transaction hash.
A late payment is stressful, especially when you are counting on it to pay for traffic, partners or bills. The good news is that most missing payments have a simple, fixable cause. Below, we walk you through the checks in the order that finds the cause fastest, then tells you exactly what to send support if you still need help.
Payments are sent monthly on NET-15: approved earnings from one month are paid by the 15th of the next. Allow a few days for the money to reach you, so start checking on the 18th.
Also confirm which month the payment belongs to. Sales are paid in the cycle after they are approved, not after they are made.
Example: a sale made on 29 May and approved on 2 June is part of June's earnings, paid by 15 July, not 15 June.
Open Company Settings, then Billing, then Transactions.
| Status you see | What it means | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Completed | The payment was sent | Check your PayPal, wallet or bank (step 4) |
| In progress | The payment is being processed | Wait a few more days |
| Rejected or failed | The payment couldn't be delivered | Check your payment details (step 3) |
| No transaction for that month | Nothing was sent | Check your balance and holds (step 2) |
If no payment was created, your approved balance may have been below the minimum for your method:
| Method | Minimum |
|---|---|
| PayPal | $100 |
| Bank transfer (PRO) | $100 |
| USDC or USDT (VIP and PRO) | $1,000 |
A balance below the minimum isn't lost. It rolls over and is added to next month's earnings.
Quick check: pending sales don't count toward your balance. Only approved earnings do. If most of your sales were still pending at the end of the month, your balance may have been below the minimum even though your reports showed higher earnings.
Outdated or mistyped details are the most common reason a sent payment never arrives.
- PayPal: the email must match your PayPal account exactly, and the account must be able to receive business payments in your country.
- USDC or USDT: the wallet address must be correct and on the network shown in your dashboard. A wrong network can mean lost funds.
- Bank transfer: the account holder name, account number or IBAN and SWIFT or BIC code must all match your bank's records.
Changes to payment details apply to future payments. A payment already in progress uses the details that were on file when it started. See how to update your payment method.
Once billing shows a payment as completed, the money has left the program. The next checks happen on your side, with your provider.
PayPal
Check your PayPal activity, including pending payments. Some accounts must accept incoming payments manually, or have limits that hold money until you verify your account.
USDC and USDT
Ask for, or find, the transaction hash, then look it up in a block explorer for the correct network. If the transaction is confirmed but your wallet shows nothing, the address or network is likely wrong. If you use an exchange address, check the exchange's deposit history and any deposit requirements.
Bank transfer
International transfers can take several business days and pass through intermediary banks. Ask your bank to trace an incoming payment using the date and amount.
Stablecoin payouts are fast and popular, but they leave no room for mistakes:
- Networks matter. The same token can exist on several networks. Sending to an address on a different network than the one the payment uses can make the funds hard or impossible to recover.
- Exchange addresses change. Some exchanges rotate deposit addresses or require a memo. A personal wallet you control is safer for regular payouts.
- Confirmations take a moment. A transaction may show as pending on the blockchain for a short time before it is final.
- Test after every change. When you change your wallet address, send a small test transaction to confirm you control it before the next payout.
Payments can be held instead of sent. The usual reasons:
- Missing tax or KYC information. Payout and tax details must be complete before the 1st of the month to be eligible for that period.
- An account review, for example because of unusual traffic or a high share of rejected sales.
- A change of payment details that is being verified.
Your billing settings or an email from the team will normally tell you if a hold applies.
| What happened | Most likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| First month, no payment at all | Balance below the minimum | Wait for next month, it rolls over |
| Payment marked completed, PayPal shows nothing | Wrong email or PayPal account limits | Correct the email, check PayPal notifications |
| Crypto confirmed on-chain, wallet empty | Wrong address or network | Check the address and network you saved |
| Bank transfer late by a few days | International processing | Ask your bank to trace the incoming payment |
| Payment smaller than expected | Refunds, chargebacks or rejections deducted | See payout lower than expected |
| Nothing sent, details look fine | Missing tax or KYC information | Complete it before the 1st of the month |
Example: an affiliate expects their April payment by 15 May.
- 16 May: nothing in PayPal yet. They wait, as the checklist suggests.
- 18 May: still nothing. Billing shows the April payment as completed on 14 May.
- 18 May: they check PayPal and find the payment pending acceptance, because the account email is a secondary address that needs confirming.
- 18 May: they confirm the address in PayPal and the funds appear.
No support message was needed. The billing status pointed straight to the answer.
If you have worked through every step and the payment is still missing, contact support by email at affiliates@omnipink.ai or on Telegram at @OMNIPINK. Include:
- Your affiliate ID and the email on your account.
- The month the payment covers and the amount you expected.
- Your payment method and the details on file (don't send full bank numbers in chat; the team will ask if needed).
- The status shown in your billing transactions.
- For crypto, the transaction hash and network.
- Screenshots of your billing page.
PRO affiliates can also message their dedicated account manager.
Most payment questions can be answered quickly when the message includes the details listed above. Missing information is the main reason a payment question takes longer, because the team has to ask follow-up questions before they can trace anything. One complete message beats several short ones.
A simple monthly habit makes any payment question easy to answer: download the invoice for each month, note the date the payment arrived and keep a copy of your payment details as they were on file. If a payment ever goes missing, you will have every fact support needs in one place, and your bookkeeper will thank you at tax time.
- Save and double-check payment details as soon as you are approved.
- Complete tax information on day one.
- Choose a method whose minimum you reach comfortably each month.
- After changing a wallet address, send a small test transaction to yourself.
- Download your monthly invoices for your records.
My dashboard shows earnings, so why was nothing paid? Earnings in reports include pending sales. Payments include only approved earnings above your method's minimum.
Can a payment be sent again if it failed? Yes. Once you correct your details, the amount is included in a later payment cycle.
Why is the amount different from what I expected? Refunds, chargebacks and rejections are deducted. See why your payout is lower than expected.
Can I change my method while a payment is in progress? You can update your details, but the change applies to the next payment. The current one uses the details on file when it started.
Why did I receive slightly less than my balance? PayPal, banks and crypto exchanges can apply their own fees or exchange rates on your side. Check your provider's fee schedule, and compare the amount sent in your billing transactions with the amount received.
What if the 15th fell on a weekend? Payments are sent by the 15th; your provider's processing days can add time. That is why the checklist starts on the 18th.
Most missing payments turn out to be a balance below the minimum, a typo in payment details or a payment waiting for you to accept it. Work through the steps in order, and you will usually find the answer before you need to write to anyone.
