Key takeaways
- Serious breaches, such as illegal content, impersonation, bots or cookie stuffing, lead to immediate suspension.
- Recoverable issues, such as a high chargeback ratio, usually get a written warning first.
- Under our terms, any violation means forfeiting unpaid commissions.
- You can appeal any suspension by email or Telegram with your affiliate ID and evidence.
This policy explains what gets an affiliate account warned, suspended or terminated, and how to appeal. It applies together with our terms and conditions, issued by OMNIPINK LTD. If you received a notice, the section it cites is the one that applies to you.
| Type of issue | What happens first | Recoverable? |
|---|---|---|
| Illegal or prohibited content | Immediate suspension | No, the content must be removed first |
| Brand impersonation or brand bidding | Immediate suspension | Only after the property or campaign is removed |
| Bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks | Immediate termination | No |
| Incentivized signups | Suspension | Only after the incentive is removed |
| Chargeback or refund ratio | Written warning | Yes, with a clean following month |
| Low-activity conversions | Written warning | Yes, once the source is fixed |
| Missing KYC, payout or tax details | Payouts held | Yes, once details are complete |
Under our terms, the Company may deactivate an account immediately for any suspected breach, and any violation results in the forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. Commissions are also subject to chargeback and refund clawbacks, which can create a negative balance.
1. Illegal or prohibited content
Every property you use to promote our apps, and every property you operate, must meet adult content standards in the United States, the European Union and Australia. Promotion is forbidden on properties featuring child sexual abuse material, bestiality, necrophilia, hate speech, non-consensual imagery or any other illegal or prohibited content.
Action: immediate suspension of the whole account on confirmation, with no warning. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Prohibited keywords
Using terms that sexualize or reference minors, including the specific terms listed in our terms, their misspellings, coded variants and translations, in any content, domain, title, meta description, URL or ad copy.
Action: immediate suspension.
3. Brand impersonation
Properties that present themselves as OmniPink, SpiceStars AI, Sugarlab AI or another brand you do not own, such as typo domains, fake official accounts or stores, or unauthorized use of our logos, screenshots or names.
Action: immediate suspension, covering every account associated with you. To return, the impersonating property must be taken down or rebranded to a clearly distinct name.
4. Brand bidding
Bidding on OmniPink, SpiceStars AI or Sugarlab AI brand terms, or close variations, in paid search, or failing to add them as negative keywords.
Action: suspension until the campaigns are corrected. Sales from brand bidding are not paid.
5. Fraud, bots and cookie stuffing
Bot traffic, automated signups, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any attempt to fake clicks or conversions.
Action: immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Incentivized signups
Offering cashback, rewards, giveaways or any incentive to users for signing up or subscribing through your link.
Action: suspension. Affected conversions are removed.
7. High chargeback or refund ratio
Chargebacks and refunds happen with every subscription product. A ratio that stays well above normal across several months suggests misleading promotion or fraudulent buyers.
Action: a written warning first, with time to find and fix the source. Suspension follows only if the ratio stays high.
8. Low-activity conversions
Signups that never use the product, never chat and never return are not valid conversions. An unusually high share of them points to undisclosed incentives, bots or signup farming.
Action: a written warning first. Persistent patterns lead to suspension. Genuine traffic that simply converts poorly is not penalized.
9. Missing age-gating
Adult landing pages without a robust age gate, or placements that break local age-verification laws or platform rules.
Action: warning or suspension depending on severity, until the age gate is in place.
A warning names the issue and the time you have to fix it. You do not need to reply. If the issue is resolved by the next review, the warning is cleared. If you want to understand why it was issued, reply and ask.
