Short answer
A new paying subscription, monthly or yearly, credited to your link under the attribution rules and approved after review. It must not be refunded or charged back, and it must come from traffic that follows the program rules.
- A conversion is a paid subscription, not a click, visit or free signup.
- It must be credited to your link and pass review before it is approved.
- Refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals and prohibited traffic do not count.
- Only approved conversions are paid and count toward VIP and PRO.
Knowing what the program actually pays for helps you read your reports correctly, plan your traffic and avoid sales that will never be approved. This answer defines a valid conversion, explains what doesn't count and shows how a sale moves from recorded to paid.
A valid conversion has four parts:
| Requirement | What it means |
|---|---|
| A paid subscription | The visitor buys a monthly or yearly plan for Sugarlab AI or SpiceStars AI |
| Credited to you | The purchase is attributed to your link under last-touch attribution or signup attribution |
| Approved after review | The sale passes the program's quality and payment checks |
| Not reversed | The payment isn't refunded or charged back |
If all four are true, the conversion is approved, paid in the next NET-15 cycle and counted toward your tier.
| Event | Counts? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A click on your link | No | Clicks show interest, not purchases |
| A visit to the landing page | No | Same as a click |
| A free account signup | No, but it matters | It starts 6 months of signup attribution, so later purchases count |
| A paid subscription through your link | Yes | That is the conversion |
| A purchase refunded or charged back | No | The payment was reversed |
| A purchase from your own account through your link | No | Self-referrals aren't allowed |
| A purchase from incentivized or bot traffic | No | Breaks the program rules |
Tip: free signups aren't paid on their own, but they are valuable. A visitor who signs up through your link and pays later is still your customer for 6 months.
- A reader clicks your review and buys a monthly SpiceStars AI plan the same evening. Yes. A paid subscription credited to your click.
- A visitor signs up free through your Discord link, then pays two months later from the app. Yes. Signup attribution credits the purchase to you for 6 months.
- A visitor clicks your banner, then another affiliate's link, then buys. No, not for you. The last affiliate click wins.
- You buy a plan through your own link to test it. No. Self-referrals aren't allowed. Ask support about testing instead.
- A buyer subscribes, then requests a refund a week later. No. Refunded payments are reversed.
- Visitors from a giveaway that rewarded people for subscribing. No. Incentivized purchases break the rules and are rejected.
Both plan lengths count as conversions, but they pay differently on CPA:
- Monthly plans pay by the subscriber's country tier: Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3.
- The Yearly Infinite plan pays one higher, flat rate for any country.
Your exact rates depend on your tier. See the CPA tiers page for every number.
The plans subscribers can buy
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Premium Monthly | $9.99 for the first month, then $19.99 per month |
| Premium Yearly | $3.99 per month, billed for 12 months ($47.88) |
| Infinite Monthly | $57.99 per month |
| Infinite Yearly | $34.99 per month, billed for 12 months ($419.88) |
Subscribers can also buy extra token packs for $29.99, $69.99 or $149.99. On RevShare your percentage applies to what the subscriber pays, so on Infinite Yearly ($34.99 × 12 months = $419.88) PRO earns 50%, or $209.94. See the RevShare tiers for every tier.
| CPA | RevShare | |
|---|---|---|
| What triggers a payout | Each approved new subscription | Each payment from subscribers credited to you |
| Renewals | Not paid again | Paid on every renewal |
| How much | A fixed amount by tier, country and plan | Up to 50% of each payment |
| Counted toward tiers | Approved conversions | Approved conversions |
On RevShare, the first payment is the conversion, and every renewal after it adds to your earnings for as long as the subscriber stays.
- Recorded: a purchase is credited to your link.
- Pending: it waits in review. This is normal for every new sale.
- Approved: it passed review and joins your balance.
- Rejected: it failed review, for example because of a refund, chargeback or rule break.
- Paid: approved earnings are sent in the next NET-15 cycle once you reach your payout minimum.
See why a conversion is stuck pending and why a conversion was rejected.
Review isn't a judgment of you as an affiliate. It is a routine check on each payment.
Review protects every partner by keeping traffic clean. It looks at things like:
- Whether the payment went through successfully.
- Whether the purchase was refunded or disputed.
- Whether the traffic pattern looks like real people.
- Whether the source follows the program rules.
Most sales from honest, well-matched traffic are approved without any action from you. You never need to submit anything to get a normal sale approved.
Most sales move from pending to approved without delay. Some take longer, for example when payment processors take extra time to confirm a transaction, when a payment is retried, or when a pattern needs a closer look. A longer review isn't a rejection. If many of your sales stay pending much longer than usual, read why a conversion is stuck pending.
Only approved conversions count toward tier upgrades:
| Tier | Approved conversions needed |
|---|---|
| Pink | Everyone starts here |
| VIP | 20 in total |
| PRO | 100 in total |
Your total never resets, and upgrades are reviewed weekly and applied automatically. See how tier upgrades work.
- Send adult, real visitors from sources that follow platform rules.
- Set honest expectations. Visitors who know what they are buying rarely ask for refunds.
- Avoid misleading claims such as "free forever" or fake urgency.
- Never incentivize purchases with rewards, cash or giveaways.
- Watch your rejected rate in the conversion report. A rising rate is an early warning.
Heads up: a sudden spike in conversions from one placement with many rejections is a sign of low-quality or fraudulent traffic. Pause it and investigate before it affects your account.
Approval is only half the story. On RevShare, a subscriber who stays for months is worth far more than one who cancels after the first payment. Subscriptions stick when visitors know what they are buying:
- Describe the app honestly, including what it doesn't do.
- Match the app to the audience, so subscribers get what they wanted.
- Avoid hype. Overpromising brings refunds and early cancellations.
- Explain plan choices in reviews, so buyers pick the plan that fits them.
| Traffic type | Typical pattern |
|---|---|
| SEO and review sites | Informed buyers, strong approval and retention |
| Communities and creators | Trusting buyers, strong retention on RevShare |
| Paid tube and native | Faster volume, watch refunds and rejections closely |
| Pop and push | Highest risk of low-quality traffic, monitor rejections daily |
The conversion report lists each conversion with its status, payout, country, device, plan and the labels of the click that earned it. Use it to:
- Confirm a specific sale was credited.
- See which placements bring approved, not just recorded, sales.
- Spot patterns in rejections.
Before you scale a new traffic source, check that its conversions will count:
- Visitors are adults and the source follows its platform's rules.
- No rewards, giveaways or payments for signing up or subscribing.
- Your promotion describes the app honestly.
- Links are built on your current tier's offer.
- You can see the source's conversions separately, with their own sub-IDs.
- You check rejected statuses for the source after the first few sales.
If every box is ticked, the source's conversions should be approved and paid like any other.
Some adult programs pay per lead, per free signup or per click. OmniPink pays on paid subscriptions only, which is why rates per sale are high and why the program can offer lifetime revenue share. It also means your income depends on real buyers, so traffic quality matters more than raw volume.
Does an upgrade from monthly to yearly count as a new conversion? Plan changes by existing subscribers follow the program's billing rules; on RevShare you earn your share of the payments they make.
Do free trials count? No. A conversion requires a payment. A trial that turns into a paid subscription counts when the payment is made.
Why do I see earnings that later disappear? Pending sales that are rejected after review are removed from your earnings. Check the conversion report for rejected statuses.
Can I test a purchase myself? Self-referrals aren't paid. If you need to confirm tracking with a real purchase, contact support first so the team can arrange it and you aren't flagged.
Do conversions count toward my tier on both apps combined? Yes. Approved conversions from Sugarlab AI and SpiceStars AI both count toward your total.
Do conversions from any country count? Yes, anywhere adult subscriptions are legal and the traffic follows the rules. The country decides the CPA rate for monthly plans.
Contact support if a conversion you can verify, such as a test purchase arranged with the team, doesn't appear, or if you want to understand a pattern of rejections. Include dates, links and screenshots of the conversion report.
The simplest way to think about it: you are paid when a real adult, sent by you, becomes a paying customer and stays one. Everything in this answer follows from that.
