Short answer
Use the login link from your approval email or the Login button on this site, sign in with the email you applied with and reset your password from the sign-in page if needed. You can only log in after your application has been approved.
- You can log in only after approval, with the email address you applied with.
- Your approval email contains the login page and first-time password instructions.
- Forgotten passwords are reset from the sign-in page; reset links expire, so use them quickly.
- Two-factor authentication is switched on or reset by the affiliate team on request.
The OmniPink partner dashboard runs on Everflow, a widely used affiliate platform. Everything you do as an affiliate happens there: building links, reading reports, setting up postbacks and managing payments. Below, we cover your first login and every common sign-in problem.
- Your application must be approved. Until then, there is no account to log in to. See what happens after you apply.
- Use the email you applied with. Your account is tied to that address.
- Find your approval email. It contains the link to the sign-in page and instructions for setting your password.
- Open the approval email and click the dashboard link, or use Login in this site's header or footer.
- Enter the email address you applied with.
- If you haven't set a password yet, use the password setup or reset link from the email or the sign-in page.
- Choose a strong, unique password and store it in a password manager.
- Sign in. You land on your dashboard overview.
Tip: bookmark the sign-in page once you are in. It saves time and avoids searching old emails later.
- Search your inbox for messages from the affiliate team and from the partner platform.
- Check spam, promotions and other filtered folders.
- Search for words like "approved", "partner" or "affiliate account".
- If you still can't find it, contact support from the email address you applied with and ask for the login link to be resent.
Heads up: affiliate platforms often use a dedicated sign-in address for each program. Signing in on a different program's page will say your account doesn't exist, even when it does. Always use the OmniPink link.
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click the forgotten password link.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Open the reset email and follow the link to choose a new password.
Reset links are single-use and expire after a while. If yours has expired, request a new one. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check filtered folders and confirm you entered the exact email address you applied with.
Two-factor authentication adds a code from an authenticator app to your sign-in. It protects your earnings and payment details if your password is ever exposed.
- To turn it on, contact support from your account email and ask for two-factor authentication to be enabled.
- If you lost access to your authenticator app, contact support from your account email. The team will verify your identity before resetting it.
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Account not found" | Wrong email or wrong sign-in page | Use the OmniPink link and the email you applied with |
| Password not accepted | Typo, caps lock or old password | Reset your password |
| Reset email never arrives | Filtered folder or wrong address | Check spam, confirm the address, request again |
| Page keeps reloading | Browser extensions or cookies | Try a private window or another browser |
| Locked out after many attempts | Security lock | Wait a little, then reset your password |
| Two-factor code rejected | Phone clock out of sync or wrong app | Sync your phone's time, or ask support to reset |
When sign-in fails, this order finds the cause fastest:
- Confirm you are on the OmniPink sign-in page from your approval email.
- Confirm the email address matches your application exactly.
- Try a private window to rule out extensions and old cookies.
- Reset your password and use the new one immediately.
- Try a different browser or device.
- If two-factor authentication fails, check your phone's clock, then contact support.
Most issues are solved by step 3 or 4.
- Offer: the app and tier you promote, such as SpiceStars AI on the Pink tier.
- Tracking link: your unique link for an offer, with optional labels.
- Source ID and sub-IDs: labels that show where clicks come from.
- Conversion: a paid subscription recorded from your link.
- Pending, approved, rejected: the review status of a conversion.
- Payout: the amount you earn for an approved conversion.
Your dashboard controls where your money goes, so treat it like a bank login:
- Use a unique password you don't use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-factor authentication.
- Never share your login with anyone. If a partner or assistant needs data, export a report instead.
- Be suspicious of emails asking you to "confirm your payment details" through a link. Sign in directly instead.
- Review your payment details after any suspicious email.
The menu sits at the top left of the dashboard. These are the areas you will use most:
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See today's and this month's clicks, conversions and earnings at a glance |
| Offers | See the offers for Sugarlab AI and SpiceStars AI on your tier |
| Tracking and asset generator | Build tracking links, add Source IDs and sub-IDs, get creatives |
| Reporting | Read offer, conversion and breakdown reports |
| Postbacks | Set up server-to-server postbacks for paid traffic |
| Company settings and billing | Payment method, tax details, transactions and invoices |
You don't need to learn every screen on day one. Links, reports and billing cover almost everything in your first month.
- Bookmark the sign-in page.
- Store your password in a password manager.
- Ask support to enable two-factor authentication.
- Add your payout method and tax details.
- Set your report time zone and keep it the same every time.
- Create one tracking link and test it in a private window.
- Note your support contact, and your Telegram manager if you are PRO.
Your dashboard opens on an overview of clicks, conversions and earnings. From there, the next steps are:
- Add payment and tax details in your billing settings. See payment setup.
- Create your first tracking link. See where to find your tracking link.
- Learn the main screens. See what you see in the dashboard.
A few minutes in your settings prevents problems later:
| Setting | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Contact name and email | Approval, payment and policy emails go here |
| Company or account name | Appears on invoices and payment records |
| Time zone in reports | Keeps your daily numbers consistent from week to week |
| Payment method | Without it, approved earnings can't be paid |
| Tax details | Missing tax information can hold payments |
Check them again whenever something in your life changes, such as a new email address, a move to another country or a new bank.
Act quickly, because your account controls where your earnings are sent:
- Reset your password from the sign-in page right away.
- Check your payment details in billing settings and correct anything you didn't change.
- Look at recent changes, such as new postbacks or links you didn't create.
- Contact support from your account email, explain what you noticed and ask for two-factor authentication to be enabled.
- Secure your email account too, since it controls password resets.
Heads up: the affiliate team will never ask for your password. Any message that does is a phishing attempt.
The dashboard works in a mobile browser, which is handy for checking numbers on the go. For building links and reading detailed reports, a larger screen is easier. If the mobile layout feels cramped, rotate your phone or request the desktop site in your browser menu.
If you lose access to the email address on your account, contact support as soon as possible. The team will need to verify your identity before changing it, because that address controls password resets and payment notifications.
The dashboard works in all modern browsers. If pages load oddly, privacy extensions, aggressive ad blockers or outdated browsers are the usual cause. Keep your browser updated, and if something looks broken, test in a private window before assuming the dashboard is down.
Can two people share one account? No. Each affiliate needs their own account. Shared logins put payments and data at risk.
Is there an app? The dashboard is browser-based and works on desktop and mobile browsers.
Why can I log in but not see any offers? Contact support. Your account may still be finishing setup after approval.
Contact support if none of the fixes above work. Include the email address on your account, the browser and device you are using, the exact error message and a screenshot if possible. PRO affiliates can message their Telegram account manager.
